We have 3 indoor badminton courts along with 1 international standard table tennis board. Our comprehensive approach is aimed at advocating sound and active mind for a healthy lifestyle.

We further provide training in martial arts and self-defence that consists of karate, krav-maga and aikido in our extraordinary indoor fitness studio. Additionally, you can even avail classes in gymnastics. If you are passionate about dancing, then join our dance classes, where you can choose a variety of dance forms such as ballet, jass, hip-hop, freestyle and more. Our waiting and viewing gallery presents the ultimate relaxation with the availability of snooker/pool, carom, darts and chess.

We have a team of qualified, experienced and dedicated trainers including 5 badminton coaches, fitness coach, yoga and aerobics instructors, visiting physiotherapist, creative movement therapist, karate master, krav maga instructor, and dance instructors.
